White polish is used on white leather. As white leather is particularly uncommon, few bootblacks keep white polish in their kits. Care should be taken when polishing white boots that hands and equipment are completely free of oils and other colors of polish, as even traces amounts of polish can negatively alter the appearance of white leather.
